When you have multiple smart devices, it becomes a hassle to control and manage individually. You start looking for a product that allows you to have a full control in one place but the problem is that there is no such product available.

Mia has learned first hand how such a small design enhancement can positively impact on daily lives of people and the importance of the inclusive design. This truly was an important lesson learned and will take the lesson with her through her journey as a product designer.
