Workers waste too much time organizing messy meeting notes, often leaving important tasks lost in a broken workflow. To fix this, I revamped Notion AI Meeting Notes to create a seamless process from start to finish. By using AI to automatically identify speakers, highlight key points with one click, and instantly turn discussions into tasks, I helped teams stop organizing and start acting.

As remote work solidified Notion as the go-to tool for documentation, it naturally became the hub for meeting notes. While Notion’s AI features have greatly improved efficiency, I saw an opportunity to take it further. Users still had to manually organize speakers and action items—tasks that disrupted their flow. Recognizing this gap between Notion's "All-in-One" potential and the current manual workload, I started this project with a clear goal: to streamline these repetitive tasks and evolve Notion into a truly seamless workspace for meetings.
